Before founding Jim Chase Consultancy, Jim amassed over 20 years experience of working in the IT industry with AIM Group  and CS Group, much of this being focussed on the UK legal market.   Originally a software developer and leader of award winning product developments and service teams, Jim is a successful and experienced Managing & Operations Director with a track record of delivering excellent results for stakeholders. Jim is an energetic all-rounder with extensive experience of managing change and developing high-performing IT based services, product and technology organisations.  Jim is a chartered member of the British Computer Society.
